Description
This CLE and its materials will focus on 10.1 discovery disputes. In particular, emphasis will be placed on the Uniform Rules of District Court, Rule 10.1, jurisprudence and case studies. This interactive CLE will include audience engagement regarding good and bad real-life stories regarding the setting of and handling of 10.1 conferences.
